Siefer, EV, Pastor of Holy Spirit Parish, DuBois, is also Vicar for the Eastern Vicariate, and a member of the Presbyteral Council and College of Consultors. A native of Oil City, PA, Fr. Siefer graduated from Venango Christian (Catholic) High School, went on to study at St. Mary’s College in KY., and St. Francis Seminary in Loretto, PA; he was ordained on May 16, 1975, to the priesthood for the Diocese of Erie.
Monsignor has been pastor of St. Catherine at Holy Spirit Parish for over 32years. He was also pastor of St. Joseph and St. Michael the Archangel in DuBois, as well as St. Clara Parish in Clarendon, St. Anthony in Sheffield, and parochial vicar St. Agatha, Meadville, Our Lady of
Peace, Erie, St. Patrick, Erie, and Holy Rosary, Johnsonburg. Monsignor plans to retire in June of 2024 and will continue to live in the DuBois area.
